Custom & special order

When the yard doesn't have the exact thing

Matched pairs, repeat runs for a landscape job, specific sizes, specific glazes, sourced through our makers and catalogue partners and delivered to Pasadena.

How a special order works

Start with what you actually need: quantity, height, opening diameter, finish, and the date it has to be on site. Photos of the location settle most of the remaining questions in one go.

From there we either pull from what's coming in, order from the Haddonstone or Campania catalogues, or go back to the makers we buy hand-thrown pottery from. Hand-made pieces carry natural variation, we'll tell you what tolerance to expect rather than promising identical twins.

Trade projects are welcome and common. If you're specifying twelve of the same planter for a courtyard, that's a conversation to have months before install, not the week of.

Good to know

Lead times
Catalogue orders run weeks; hand-thrown imports can run longer. Ask early and plan around it.
What to bring
Dimensions, quantity, photos, and the install date. A plan set if you have one.
Variation
Hand-finished pieces differ slightly in tone and size. That's the material, not a fault.
Deposits
Special orders are confirmed at the counter. Terms are discussed when we quote.
