Glazed Anduze urns
Footed and garlanded, in the classic green glaze. The most requested flanking piece we carry.
Driveway urns
Footed urns and entry planters for driveway piers, gate posts and front steps, glazed Anduze, cast stone and terra cotta, in matched pairs.

Flanking pieces are the highest-leverage thing you can add to a front elevation. They set the axis, they mark the entry, and they do it without touching the architecture.
Scale to the opening, not to the pot. A rule that holds up: the urn plus its planting should read roughly a third to a half the height of the pier or door it sits beside. Too small looks apologetic; on a wide driveway it's almost impossible to overdo.
Pairs are the constraint. Hand-finished and glazed pieces vary, so matched pairs need to be picked together on the yard, and if we don't have two, we'll tell you what it takes to bring a second in.

Formal basketweave and fluted forms that sit well against brick, stone and painted stucco.

A warmer, less formal option for Spanish and Craftsman houses.
